Unlike other rental properties, we rent out our villa based on an all-inclusive rate. This means you do not pay separately for air conditioning, water, electricity, bed linen, or the tourist tax of €15 per day; all of this is included in the rental price. The price may differ slightly from what you see during booking, but you will always receive a personalized offer with the final price from us, to which additional (early-booking) discounts may apply. We will never charge you with additional costs because we manage our own booking platform (booking.com 15-20%). So you will get the best price. And we will only finalize rental arrangements for your stay once you are completely satisfied.
