General Rules

Please avoid loud music and other noises that could disturb other residents in the area. Especially between 10 pm and 8 am. House parties are only allowed with our prior consent. Please use the shower before entering the pool and don’t enter the house or use indoor furniture while you are wet. These rules are set to ensure a nice holidy for everyone.

House occupancy

It is not permitted to allow persons other than those stated on your booking confirmation to stay overnight in the property.

Children

Children must be kept under supervision at all times. Be aware about the danger of unattended children near the swimmingpool, near the property’s land fence and at the staircases or at the balconies.

Liabilities

All damages to the property as well as all personal damage are entirely the guest responsibility including the use of the swimming pool, garden and balconies. Please report any damages. We are also not responsible for any personal item you keep in the property.

We recommend that your whole party is covered by travel and medical insurance. We will not be liable for any costs such as medical costs and alternate accommodation if your flight is cancelled/delayed, among other possible costs.

A security deposit of 300 Euro will be required 1 day prior to arrival.

Smoking

It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.

Air Conditioning

Using the air conditioning requires a lot of energy. Turn off the air conditioning and all unnecessary electrical equipment and lights before leaving the house. Do not use the air conditioning with open doors and windows.

Use of the toilets

Do not throw toilet paper, diapers, serviettes, lady pads, tampons or anything else in the toilets. Please use the trash bin provided as the sewage system of the island cannot support these items and may lead to blockage.

Use of barbecue fireplace and kitchen items

Please use all items with proper care and only for their intended purpose.

Upon leaving the house, the barbecue fireplace must be clean. All kitchen items must be clean and in their original place.

In the case you leave the property in a bad condition an extra charge may be applied.
